Biography
Nyerere MichaelNyerere Michael Odhiambo is a Nairobi based painter. Nyerere grew up in Nakuru and moved to Nairobi in 2016 where he began his artistic career at Patrick Mukabi`s studio, as a student and later on as his assistant from 2016-2019.
He expresses his art through colors, forms and objects with the impressions of figurative images derived from daily life, occurrences therefore creating dialogue, beauty, peace and relations to the audience.
Nyerere usually finds it satisfying to express work in any form of media that he might come across but insists on figurative images for the sake of social caricature or political messages.
