AAA Awarded Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards 2025

Officially opened in March of 2023, Almasi Art Agency’s gallery space in Diani Beach, Kenya, has had a short but storied existence.

Primarily set up to showcase the talent of artists represented by AAA, the space has been able to welcome guests from all over the world by offering free tours; a gateway into African culture through fine art.

With a model that incorporates year-round group exhibitions, the space has displayed work from over 30 artists from seven countries, including, but not limited to Uganda, Ethiopia, D.R.C. Spain and Kenya.

What started out with pop-up shows in various boutique hotel destinations is now an award-winning gallery space brimming with creative talent and an attraction that is one of the top things to do when in Diani Beach.

Per their website, Tripadvisor gives a Travelers’ Choice award to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travelers and are ranked within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor.

Individual and group tours have been the staple of the space, which includes free art classes for schools and organisations where the intricacies of creation of artwork, curating, managing and even collecting artwork are discussed in great detail.

We receive the award as a great honour and testament to the consistent work that has gone in to artist representation, a fete that has involved all round participation from the artists, guests and the AAA gallery. AAA is also grateful to everyone who has made this award possible.
